it's really quite simple. Humans no. matter where they are or who they are, make noise. too much fucking noise. AND, they wont leave each other alone. Never. the solution to all life's problems is 1) Leave each other alone and 2)Shut the living fuck up. 'Oh, it's my cultural expression." NO its not. It's aural imposition. Since you lack the abilit to keep your shit to yourself, you are then imposing it on everyone else. All the howling? Drunken howling. Shut the fuck up. done.
